Custom order

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

  1. Customers need to provide pictures and dimensions of products which need to be customized
  2. We provide quotation and estimated delivery date.
  3. The customer pays for the order via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, A 50% deposit is required to initiate orders and the final balance must be paid prior to JR Studio release of the order for shipping.
  4. We draw drawings for customized products and submit them to customers for confirmation
  5. If the customer has no objection to the drawing, we will start production.
  6. When the product is finished, we will test the product and take videos and pictures to customers for confirmation.
  7. If the customer has no objection to the product, we will finally deliver it to the customer.
  8. Lead times can vary between 6 weeks and 20 weeks, depending on the complexity in castings, and the schedule of the factories. Shipping can add another two days to one week, depending on choice of methods. 

CHANGE ORDERS/CANCELLATION POLICY

For all custom lighting, changes and cancellations can only be accepted at the drawing confirmation stage and before production starts. Under no circumstances may orders be cancelled after production has begun.

DIMENSIONS

Dimensions are given to the nearest 1/4 inch. As all pieces are handmade, hand-tooled, and assembled, measurements may vary slightly from those noted.
