Consultation & Quote Share your inspiration pictures and required dimensions. We review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation with an estimated delivery timeline. |

Order Initiation We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the final balance due before shipping. |

Drawing Approval Our designers prepare CAD drawings of your custom fixture for your review. Production begins only after you have fully approved the drawings. |

Crafting & Production Our artisans handcraft your piece using premium materials. Depending on complexity, production typically takes 6 to 20 weeks. |

Quality Inspection Before shipping, every fixture is rigorously tested. We send you detailed videos and photographs of the finished product for final confirmation. |

Delivery & Beyond Once you approve the final result, we arrange secure door-to-door delivery. Shipping adds approximately 2 days to 1 week, depending on your chosen method. |
Bespoke Notes
• Changes and cancellations are only accepted at the drawing confirmation stage, before production begins.
• All dimensions are given to the nearest 1/4 inch. As every piece is handmade, measurements may vary slightly.
• Custom orders are considered final sale once production has begun.
