30-Day No-Reason Return

We offer a generous 30-day return window, allowing you to ensure your chosen lighting resonates perfectly with your space. All qualifying items must be returned in their original, pristine packaging and condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Return Eligibility & Restrictions

• Only unassembled, uninstalled items are eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order, or modified products. To honor the bespoke nature of our craft, these items are considered final sale and excluded from our standard returns policy.
• If 30 days have elapsed since the package was delivered, we regret that we are unable to process a refund.
• Refunds will be issued promptly upon our receipt and verification of the returned product.

2-Year Warranty

Each Jimmy Raiden fixture is accompanied by a 2-year warranty, reflecting our dedication to enduring quality. This protects you against color fading and manufacturing defects. Please note, the warranty does not cover altered items, products exposed to abnormal environmental conditions, improper installation, or misuse. Bulbs are not warranted for any specific period of time.

Shipping Policy

Standard Express Shipping

Standard shipping orders require up to 5 working days for processing. Orders placed after 1 PM for express or overnight service will ship on the following business day. Please note: Shipping costs shown include fuel surcharges. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges incurred, such as import fees and local taxes.

Express Transit Times

Ocean Freight (Door-to-Door)

For larger items such as chandeliers, ocean freight is the standard delivery method (with optional expedited express service available at checkout). Processing time for ocean freight orders: 7-15 working days.

Ocean Freight Transit Times:

• Australia: 25-30 working days
• USA: 25-30 working days
• Europe: 30-35 working days
