Consultation & Quote
Share your inspiration pictures and dimensions with us. We will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation along with an estimated delivery timeline.
Order Initiation
Secure your order via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the final balance due before shipping.
Drawing Approval
Our designers create CAD drawings of your custom fixture for your review. Production begins only after you have fully approved the drawings.
Crafting & Production
Our master artisans handcraft your piece using premium materials. Depending on complexity, production typically takes between 6 to 20 weeks.
Quality Inspection
Before shipping, every fixture is rigorously tested. We send you detailed videos and photographs of the finished product for your final confirmation.
Delivery & Beyond
Once you approve the final result, we arrange secure delivery to your door. Shipping adds approximately 2 days to 1 week, depending on your chosen method.
Cancellation Policy
For all custom lighting, changes and cancellations are only accepted at the drawing confirmation stage, before production begins. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Dimensions
All dimensions are given to the nearest 1/4 inch. As every piece is handmade, hand-tooled, and assembled, measurements may vary slightly from those noted.
Lead Times
Production typically ranges from 6 to 20 weeks, influenced by the complexity of castings and factory schedules. Please plan your project timelines accordingly.
